hey im building a new computer but i was thinking to myself ”what do i need to plug into my motherboard that will connect to my router to give me my internet connection” do you need some sort of device for this or does the motherboard just connect to my router?

But I’m getting the HTC from Ebay. Since I don’t have a 3g sim card, will it still work fine as long as it’s unlocked? Or would I have to get another sim card?
