Sony Ericsson had no intentions for this release to go public, but we’ve now got official word that the rumored Kurara is officially known as “ Vivaz .” It is a S60 5th Edition , 8.1 MP autofocus cam with image stabilization, face detection, and 720p video capture, FM radio, AGPS, WiFi, TV-out at VGA resolution, and a 3.2-inch WVGA (or 640 x 360) display.

Ovi Store Approaches 1 Million Downloads per Day

Downloads and New Users at the store continue to grow more than 100% month-on-month. In December 2009, the number of content items downloaded was more than 100% higher than in November.
