hi, i am trying to get a touch screen/external keyboard phone. I already have a family contract with t-mobile. I need wifi, good texting keys, unfortunately i can’t afford the web charges with t-mobile for the smart phones, where can i possibly get a good phone for less and maybe unlocked without me dealing with t-mobile directly?

my phone lost 3G while it was jailbroken and i cant get it back and ive unjailbroken it and i still havent gotten it back i have also restored it a bunch some one PLZ HELP!

It was submerged for 2 seconds at the most in water. It worked right away but hours later it blacked out and will not charge and no red light.
